EstatePhotoAI helps real-estate photographers and agents capture and organise listing photos, review them with AI, generate marketing copy, and export PDF flyers, photo sets, ZIP bundles and slideshows.
Requirements
- iPhone or iPad on iOS 16 or later.
- A network connection for the AI features and address autocomplete.
The AI step failed
AI runs through Firebase AI Logic (Google Gemini) and needs a network connection. Quota and configuration errors are shown with their reason — retry, or type the copy by hand. The app never blocks on AI.
"This pilot covers Alameda County, California only"
The property-records lookup is a pilot limited to Alameda County. Search an Alameda County address, or enter the details manually. The feature is off until a lookup endpoint is entered in Settings.
"Daily lookup limit reached … per IP per day"
Lookups are capped per network address per day (not per device or per account). Try again tomorrow, use a different network, or enter the details manually.
Where is my data?
On your device. There is no account and no cloud sync. Use the Backup option in Settings to export a ZIP you can keep or move to another device.
My photos disappeared
Photos live in the app's storage, so deleting the app deletes them. Export a backup before reinstalling.
The property lookup found nothing
The pilot returns assessed parcel records only — the parcel number, assessed values, use code and the owner's mailing address. It does not provide photos, bedrooms, bathrooms, interior area, year built, owner name or zoning, and anything it cannot supply is shown as missing rather than invented. Addresses outside Alameda County are declined.
